The German Procurement Portal has managed to rise quickly to the top e-procurement portal for all types of public contracting in Germany. Just in the last 12 months, more than 150 sites have switched over to this cloud service.
In addition, the Federal State of Lower Saxony along with several hospitals, shopping centers, industry and chambers of commerce has also committed to using the German Procurement Portal.
Due to successful development, the two shareholders, Bundesanzeiger Verlag and cosinex have announced that they will further expand DTVP’s cloud services during the coming months to allow integration of existing offers such as licensing information and the reinforcement of e-procurement files within the portal.
“We are delighted to report that in conjunction with the experts from Bundesanzeiger Verlag and cosinex, we have successfully managed to affect the market positively,” concluded Uwe Mähren, Director of Publishing at Bundesanzeiger Verlag and one of the two managing directors of DTVP.
“We will not stop here, as we plan to continue our investment over the coming months,” added Carsten Klipstein, CEO of cosinex and DTVP.
