A strategic partnership comprising cosinex, publicplan and BMS Consulting has joined forces to form a bidding consortium. This partnership combines consulting and development expertise in order to provide sophisticated and modern e-government solutions based on various web technologies and programming languages. The bidding consortium prevailed over competitors and therefore had been awarded of this Europe-wide announced framework agreement. Contracting authority is, on behalf of their responsible bodies, d-NRW AöR.
“Proven experts are united at this bidding consortium and they will support us to master the tasks that we as d-NRW AöR have to manage in the context of the implementation of the E-Government Law (EGovG) for years to come”, comments Dr. Roger Lienenkamp, Chairman of the Managing Board of d-NRW AöR.

The partners of the bidding consortium have made contributions in projects of the former public-private partnership with d-NRW previously. Restructuring the public share of d-NRW to a public-law institution involved the tendering of this framework agreement concerning new technical development services for planned e-government projects of d-NRW AöR and the bidding consortium is glad to have been awarded.
