cosinex GmbH is well known as one of the leading providers of software solutions in the field of public electronic procurement. In addition, cosinex and its subsidiaries have been able to successfully implement a large number of sophisticated eGovernment projects in recent years and to evolve into a dynamic group of companies in the area of digitisation of administration and eGovernment.
Due to the sustainable growth of all participating companies, the cosinex group is repositioning itself for future developments and challenges: Most obvious is that the group will operate under the brand name GovTech in the future. With this name change, the increasingly broad spectrum of activities is shown with which the Group companies support digitisation in the area of public administration. The Group will continue to expand these activities in coming years. The focus is on solutions, individual software developments and consulting services with which we can apply our special competencies and experience in the areas of IT, administration and law to create added value for further digitisation.
New participations
In addition to the renaming, there are a number of innovations: In addition to GovTech GmbH, the Group's most recent investment is d-NRW Gesellschaft für Softwareentwicklung und Beratung mbH, which was created together with BMS Consulting GmbH and publicplan GmbH as a result of a development framework contract by d-NRW AöR.
Extensions in management
The management base is also broadening: Carsten Klipstein, managing director of cosinex and CEO of the group, has taken over the management of GovTech GmbH. The management of d-NRW Betriebs-GmbH & Co. KG has been placed in the hands of Daniel Förster, the company's authorised signatory for many years. Dr. Walter von Hülsen has joined the management of the new d-NRW Gesellschaft für Softwareentwicklung und Beratung mbH.
The management of the DTVP Deutsches Vergabeportal GmbH - a joint venture with the Bundesanzeiger Verlags-GmbH and the operator of the Deutsches Vergabeportal - has been strengthened by Dr. Antanina Kuljanin. Dr. Kuljanin, who has accompanied the joint venture since its foundation as a management consultant at cosinex, will in future manage the business of DTVP GmbH together with Mr. Uwe Mähren, Publishing Director of the Bundesanzeiger Verlag.
We hope that the expansion of the Group's management team will provide us with additional impetus and prepare us well for the dynamic growth that will undoubtedly continue.
New at cosinex
Also at cosinex itself a lot has happened at the end of the year: Besides many new colleagues in the fields of software development, projects, support and sales, Norbert Dippel, experienced lawyer, expert on public procurement law and specialist author, has been strengthening our team as legal advisor since November.
