With almost 8 million inhabitants, Lower Saxony is the most populous federal state in Germany and is the second largest by land area. Lower Saxony recognized their need for cosinex's expertise. The cosinex public bid invitation platform has been successfully implemented and is being administered by the partners DTVP and Bundesanzeiger Verlag. Innovative Structural Design for Lower Saxony to be Implemented Across Germany
cosinex used its background and experience to spearhead development of the innovative IT design model implemented for Lower Saxony. In the future, this e-procurement platform for the state will be connected to the German-wide portal DTVP. Available transactions include retrieving bid invitation documents and responses at the state level. At the same time, limited access, using a login, is authorized to those businesses already registered with DTVP, allowing them to participate and submit electronic bids.
